These terms sum up how booking works with Elopefully & Co., a brand of Dreamgraphy LLC on Oahu, Hawaii. When you book, you sign an online agreement. That signed agreement is the full agreement between us, and if anything here differs from it, the signed agreement applies.
Reserving your date
Your date becomes yours once the online agreement is signed and the $1,000 non-refundable retainer is paid. Nothing is reserved before that.
We accept bookings at least 30 days ahead, subject to availability.
The price and the balance
The package is $3,500 plus Hawaii general excise tax of 4.712%. The remaining $2,500 is due 60 days before your day.
If your day is less than 60 days away when you book, the full package price plus tax is due at booking.
There are no travel fees anywhere on Oahu.
Moving your date
You can move your date once at no charge if you tell us at least 60 days ahead and the team is available on the new date.
Cancelling
If you cancel before the balance is paid, the retainer is kept and nothing else is owed.
If you cancel after the balance has been paid, that balance becomes a credit toward a new date within 12 months. There is no cash refund.
Weather
We plan for Hawaii weather. Many showers pass quickly, so on the day we often wait them out. If the forecast looks like it could affect your day, we help you adjust the time, the location or the plan. Weather is not a cancellation, and if the ceremony cannot happen, we move it to the next date the team can make.
Guests
Up to eight guests are included. Nine to twenty-five guests is one flat additional fee. Twenty-five is the most a state beach permit allows.
Delivery
Your online gallery and your Super 8-style film arrive within four weeks of your day. You choose your favorite 50 photographs for the printed album, which arrives within six weeks of your selections.
