One Oahu elopement package. Everything that matters is already inside.
You chose to elope because you wanted to simplify the wedding, not make it feel less special.
So we built one package around the parts worth keeping.
Your ceremony.
Hair and makeup.
Flowers and leis.
The permit.
The photos.
Your vows recorded from beginning to end.
A Super 8-style film that looks exactly like Super 8.
And a printed album you can still hold in your hands 20 years from now.
$3,500 + tax
Two hours of coverage. Up to eight guests included.
One package. One team. No building your wedding from a list of vendors and upgrades.
More than 200 Oahu elopements photographed by our team · Oahu only · English, Spanish and Japanese
Your wedding should have room to breathe.
If you chose to elope, there is probably a reason.
Maybe you wanted something quieter. More personal. More intentional. A day that did not feel like it belonged to everyone else.
That deserves more than being squeezed between four other weddings on the same afternoon.
So we do things differently.
We take a maximum of ten couples each month.
That gives us the time to plan your day properly, photograph it without watching the clock, and give your gallery and Super 8-style film the attention they deserve afterward.
You are not one of five weddings that day.
You are the wedding that day.
If your vows take longer than expected, that is okay.
If you need a minute because you are crying, take it.
If you want to stay in the moment a little longer, there is room for that.
We built the package to feel simple.
We built the schedule so the day does not.
Your wedding can feel meaningful without feeling complicated.
Eloping is not about caring less about your wedding.
It is about being more intentional about what you want to remember from it.
So when we built Elopefully, we started with one question:
Twenty years from now, what will you be glad you kept?
The words you said.
The way you looked at each other.
The people you loved standing nearby.
The photographs that bring the details back.
The film that lets you see the movement and hear the voices again.
And something physical you can pull off a shelf years from now and hold in your hands.
Those are the pieces we built the experience around.
Someone is taking care of the day.

Bring the people who matter. Or no one at all.
Up to eight guests are included.
Bring your parents, your children, your closest friends, or make it only the two of you.
There is no right number.
One package. $3,500 + tax.
No tiers designed to make you wonder which version of your wedding you should choose.
No finding out later that the film you fell in love with was actually an upgrade.
No building the day one vendor at a time.
The important pieces are already here.
Everything you need is already here. These are simply the ways to make the day feel even more like you.
If one of these feels like part of the day you are imagining, it is easy to build it in.
Live musician
If there is a song that belongs to the two of you, imagine hearing it played live while you say your vows.
Before the day, the musician puts together a short list of songs you love.
You choose the song you walk down the aisle to, and the one that plays after the kiss.
The price is the same anywhere on Oahu.
Second location
Maybe you do not want to choose between the beach and the mountains.
You can have both.
A second location adds one hour, including the drive, 75 more edited photographs, and one additional minute in your Super 8-style film.
Nine to twenty-five guests
Up to eight guests are already included.
But if the people you cannot imagine getting married without make that number a little bigger, bring them.
Nine to twenty-five guests is one flat $500 fee, not a per-person charge.
Twenty-five is the maximum allowed under the permit.
And that is the whole list.
No pages of upgrades.
No adding things just to make the package finally feel complete.
Everything important is already there.
These are simply the things you can add because they mean something to you.
Bring the people you love. Keep the day feeling like yours.
Some couples come to Hawaii and get married with no one else there.
Others cannot imagine the day without their parents, their children, or their closest friends.
Both are elopements.
If you bring guests, we ask them to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony. Someone always runs late, and that extra time keeps the beginning of the day calm.
Chairs and structures are not allowed on the sand or in the parks. If someone you love needs to sit, tell us during planning and we will choose a location with benches or a place where they can comfortably be part of the ceremony.
After the vows, there is time for the people you love to be part of the memory too.
The hugs. The happy tears. The photos with your parents, your children, your closest friends. The people who will remember this day with you.
And when that part of the celebration feels complete, the rest of the portrait time becomes a quieter part of the day for just the two of you.
You get the people you love in the memory.
And you still get part of the day that feels like it belongs only to you.
Plans change. Your wedding can move with them.
We hope you never need any of this. But if plans change, you should know exactly what happens next before you ever pay a dollar.
A $1,000 non-refundable retainer reserves your date.
The remaining $2,500 is due 60 days before your wedding.
You can move your date once at no charge if you tell us at least 60 days ahead and the team is available on the new date.
If you cancel after the balance has been paid, that balance becomes a credit toward a new date within 12 months.
If your wedding is less than 60 days away when you book, the full package price plus tax is due at booking.
We accept bookings at least 30 days ahead, subject to availability.
The sky was cloudy. The day was still theirs.
T and S brought about twenty people they loved to the east side of Oahu.
The sky was cloudy.
There was a little drizzle.
The wind moved through her dress and her hair during the ceremony.
None of it made the day less beautiful.
The clouds softened the light. The breeze brought movement into the photos. Their family stood nearby while they said their vows, then hugged them, cried with them, and became part of the memory.
When that part of the celebration felt complete, the rest of the day became quieter.
Just the two of them.
By the end, they were so excited they walked straight into the ocean. She had packed a second dress for exactly that reason.
It was not a perfectly controlled wedding day.
It was better.
It felt like theirs.
A few practical things before you book
What does the Oahu elopement package cost with tax?
The package is $3,500 + Hawaii general excise tax of 4.712%.
The only optional additions are the live musician, second location, or more than eight guests.
There are no travel fees anywhere on Oahu.
What if we want more than eight guests?
Up to eight guests are included.
Nine to twenty-five guests is one flat $500 fee.
Twenty-five is the maximum allowed under the permit.
Do you offer Oahu wedding packages too, or only elopements?
Both.
The package is the same whether it is the two of you or a small wedding with family. Up to eight guests are included, and nine to twenty-five is a flat $500. Twenty-five is the most the beach permit allows, standing.
What if someone in our family needs to sit?
Chairs are not allowed on the sand or in the parks.
If someone needs to sit, we recommend a location with benches and plan the ceremony close enough that they can comfortably see and be part of everything.
Can we elope in Honolulu?
Yes.
We choose the location based on the scenery you love, who is coming, how much walking is comfortable, the flow of the day, and what permits are available.
How does transportation work?
We do not include a limousine or a car that waits on the clock.
You can use Uber, Lyft, or a rental car, and we help you plan when to call your ride and how much time to leave for the location.
Transportation works around your day, not the other way around.
Are there travel fees for the North Shore or other parts of Oahu?
No.
There are no travel fees anywhere on Oahu.
When do we receive the photos, film, and album?
Your online gallery and Super 8-style film are delivered within four weeks.
You choose your favorite 50 images for the printed album, and the album arrives within six weeks of your selections.
How much do you edit the photographs?
Every image is color corrected so the gallery feels consistent from beginning to end.
We do not reshape bodies or faces.
We want you to look like yourselves, just beautifully documented.
We keep the editing natural so the photos still feel like you.
What if our date is less than 60 days away?
You can still book as long as the date is at least 30 days away and the team is available.
Because the normal balance date has already passed, the full $3,500 + tax is due when you book.
Is the vow renewal the same package?
Yes.
The vow renewal includes the same experience without the marriage-license process or legal paperwork.
More on the photographer, the vow renewal and what it costs to get married in Hawaii.
Ten couples a month, so every gallery and film gets made properly.
Which month is yours?
